Reporting to the Head of the Multi-technical Maintenance Department
Type of contract: 6-month internship
Workplace: Ivato – Antananarivo
Your tasks :
- Review operations carried out within the Multi-Technical Maintenance Department and check their consistency with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Take stock of existing and missing procedures
- Distribute procedures and support employees in accessing, understanding and using documentation.
- Update document repositories in line with current procedures
- Update file classification tree structure
- In collaboration with all teams, update the filing of physical and electronic files.
Education and experience
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management
Professional experience
Experience in implementing a quality approach desirable

Skills required
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001 v15 and ISO 14001 v15 standards
- Ability to work independently and follow clear instructions
- Good command of office automation tools
